I played in a small cowboy band yrs ago. I didn`t think I could do it but with a few beers and my band members on stage it worked out.

I had to do all the singing and I am not too bad at it....but I get terrible stage fright!

Do you have any secrets or suggestions on overcoming this?? Now... it is years later and this anxiety is crippling.

I would love to write some songs and share them with people, but I get so frightened.
