The consumate story teller

by Patti DiCostanzo
(Seabrook, Texas)

I could not agree with you more. Almost all of my poems and song lyrics are in the form of a story, and they are powerful relatable stories. When I learned to move my writings from personal to universal perspectives, I reached a new level of emotional content.

As far as looking at the world with new eyes, nothing does that like when you forgive someone who has wronged you. All of a sudden I saw beauty everywhere. Righteous anger is something that most can relate too, but not all have arrived; if you can show them a way they will follow.
