One of the tips I read back there some where was to actually get a pen & paper & copy an existing poem or 2, then, copy an existing song or 2 (or 3 ) try changing a few words here & there. Strangly a rythem will begin to happen with you. Then try writing something on your own. Even if it sounds corny, that's OK !!! It's a start. Don't give up !!!! It's inside of you, It's inside of ALL of us!!! It just needs to be cultivated. Find your songs, they're right inside of you.
